His hajesty'a Consul General at Hew York
regarding the l'ew York Patents Ixploitation
Company recently formed for the alleged purpose of taking over the interests of the
German Telefunken wireless enterprises in the
United States.
copy of the memorandum has been
communicated to the State Department for such
action as they may deen advisable in the
circumstances.
